To the maximum extent permitted by law, Am I Available? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with businesses listed on the Service.
We are not liable for any disputes between customers and businesses, the quality of work performed, missed appointments, inaccurate status information, or any other issues arising from transactions facilitated through status pages.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your status page will be removed and data deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
The Am I Available? name, logo, and Service are our property. You retain ownership of any content you provide (business name, descriptions, etc.) but grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
