Am I Available? provides a platform for tradespeople and service providers to create a simple status page showing their availability to potential customers. The Service includes hosting your status page, displaying your availability status, and collecting enquiries from potential customers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
Keep your availability status reasonably up to date
Respond appropriately to enquiries received through the Service
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Not misrepresent your qualifications, certifications, or business status
Not use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive others

Status Accuracy: We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any availability status displayed on the Service. Status information is provided solely by the business and may not reflect their actual availability.
Business Conduct: We are not responsible for the conduct, quality of work, reliability, or professionalism of any business using our Service. We do not vet, verify, or endorse any tradesperson or service provider.
Response to Enquiries: We are not responsible if a business fails to respond to enquiries, responds slowly, or provides inadequate service.
No Endorsement: Listing on Am I Available? does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any business.
Customer Risk: Customers who contact businesses through this Service do so at their own risk. We recommend checking qualifications, reviews, and references independently before hiring any tradesperson.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Am I Available? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or any interaction with businesses listed on the Service.

We are not liable for any disputes between customers and businesses, the quality of work performed, missed appointments, inaccurate status information, or any other issues arising from transactions facilitated through status pages.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a subscription plan with a 14-day free trial:

After the trial, you will be charged £5 per month
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel at any time from your account settings
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
Payments are processed securely by Stripe

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your status page will be removed and data deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Am I Available? name, logo, and Service are our property. You retain ownership of any content you provide (business name, descriptions, etc.) but grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
